Ingredients
Dry
- 3 c All purpose flour
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
Wet
- 2 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar 1
- (optional) 1 egg, reduce milk by 1/4 cup if adding egg
Whipped salted butter
- 1 stick of salted butter at room temperature
- 1 tbsp cold water
Directions
Pancakes
- Mix dry and wet in separate bowls.2
- Combine the dry and wet. Do not overmix when combining.
- Fold only 20-25 times until combined (Lumps are ok) 3
- Cook pancakes on medium high heat
- Watch for bubbles start to form before flipping
Whipped salted butter
- Add a teaspoon to tablespoon of cold water to softened butter
- Whip until light and airy
