Delicious and simple overnight pudding

Ingredients

Ingredient Subheading

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk 1
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator.
  3. Eat it in the morning.
  4. Top with raspberry jam or any compote if desired. Granola is also a good addition.
