- 1 can full-fat coconut milk 1
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator.
- Eat it in the morning.
- Top with raspberry jam or any compote if desired. Granola is also a good addition.
